Premium Collection and Enrollment Annual mode, no medical underwriting, and rating based on total travel days (for group) and location of risk (including any hazards/exclusions).
Eligibility and Census Management Determines who is eligible for coverage under the plan. Eligibility requirements differ based on the product. Census Management has the ability to extend, add, delete coverage for members on the policy/plans.
Pre-authorization of Medical Care IMG can determine if a service, treatment, or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is medically necessary in a given situation and can provide a guarantee of payment for the services provided.
Health Management A pre-trip educational service that’s designed with wellness and disease management in mind. This service aims to help individuals eat healthily, manage body weight, and improve their overall physical well-being in preparation for travel.
