IMG Announces Launch of New Products

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN – JANUARY 5, 2009) – International Medical Group®, Inc. (IMG®), a worldwide leader in designing, distributing and administering global health care benefits, announces the release of two new plans to its already diverse insurance product portfolio. The plans, Patriot Platinum Travel Medical Insurance^SM and Patriot Green Travel Medical Insurance^SM, provide a wealth of benefits and are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual in his/her respective market.

Patriot Platinum^SM provides first-class protection for the discerning international traveler who wants to obtain the maximum coverage available in a short-term travel medical product. Among the many benefits available, the plan provides up to $8,000,000 of coverage, an extensive range of deductibles, exclusive access to IMG’s Global Concierge and Assistance Services^SM, and premium coverage for in-patient and out-patient medical expenses. Coverage is available from five days up to three years for U.S. citizens traveling outside the and for non-U.S. citizens traveling outside their home country.

Patriot Green^SM is designed for the environmentally conscious international travel that is serious about sustainable and responsible tourism. The plan includes an Eco Sports Rider covering such activities as jungle zip lining, wildlife safaris, and cave tubing among others. The plan also includes an additional AD&D benefit allowing the insured the opportunity to donate $5,000, in the event of his/her Accidental Death and Dismemberment, to an environmental organization that positively impacts global conservation.  This donation is payable by IMG on the insured’s behalf. Patriot Green can only be purchased online, and coverage is available from five days up to two years for U.S. citizens traveling outside the U.S. and for non-U.S. citizens traveling outside their home country.

Additionally, both plans offer insureds easy access to more than 16,000 providers when seeking treatment outside the U.S. through IMG’s International Provider Access^SM (IPA).Insureds can also reduce their out-of-pocket costs when seeking treatment in the U.S. by locating providers through the independent Preferred Provider Organization, a separately organized network of hundreds of thousands of established, highly qualified health care physicians and many well-recognized hospitals in the U.S. contracted by IMG.
