Social responsibility is a fundamental element of our corporate philosophy. We are not only committed to being leaders in the international market, but in our communities as well. Our mission is to be an exceptionally innovative partner that provides creative and practical solutions to continue building a sustainable business for our employees, customers, and communities. We understand the importance of giving back to the community in hopes of establishing a thriving environment for others.

Leave Your Mark

Through the Leave Your Mark program, we encourage our employees to give back to the communities in which they work and live. The program provides regular, full-time employees paid time off each year to volunteer during the workweek. Over the course of the program, IMG has served more than 100 organizations, logged more than 6,500 volunteer hours, and raised more than $140,000 for various charities. We are proud of the work our employees do — both in the office and outside of it — to live out our purpose to “be there to protect and enhance the well-being of our customers.”

Additionally, IMG offers a Leave Your Mark Grant each year to invest in causes addressed by mission and social good organizations around the world. IMG has partnered with mission and social good organizations since 1990, and the Leave Your Mark Grant is another way we can come alongside these organizations and help fund their global outreach efforts. Since its inception, IMG has awarded more than $70,000 through the Leave Your Mark Grant.
